Common Questions
Reminders not firing
Open Settings → Reminders and confirm reminders are enabled. On iOS, also check Settings → Notifications → DhikrDaily and allow Alerts. On Android, ensure notifications are not blocked for the app.
Auto-count stopped
Auto-count uses a persistent notification so counting can continue in the background. Keep that notification visible, and avoid force-quitting the app while a session is running. On Android, allow unrestricted battery usage if the OS suspends the app.
Lock Screen Mode
Lock Screen Mode keeps the display awake (and may dim brightness) only while that session is open. It is not a system Live Activity. Exit the mode from the in-app controls when you are done.
Export / import backups
Use Export to save a JSON backup you choose. Import reads a file you pick. Files stay on your device unless you share them through another app.
Voice recording
The microphone is used only when you record your own voice for a dhikr. You can deny the permission and still use the rest of the app.
